Be careful when choosing an online degree program. Many of the schools online who offer degree programs lack full accreditation. Also, if you get your degree through a school that is well known for offering only online degrees, it may not be impressive to your prospective employer. Try looking into an online degree program though a "brick and mortar" school first. I have a list of many Universities that also have online degree programs.
